The first part of any successful project is the analysis and planning phase. We work with our customers to fully understand their requirements and we work to our strict project planning processes, including desktop and full site surveys, to ensure that our proposed solutions meet the required specifications
All of our installation work is carried out by a team of fully skilled engineers. Every aspect of the work is documented in accordance with our quality standards, ensuring that our customers have complete visibility of the project and delivery status.
Once the network is fully installed, we provide a fully configured cloud-managed router. This allows our customers, plus the Activnet engineers and support team, to manage every aspect of the guest WiFi service ensuring it provides a seamless internet experience for all users.
Activnet provide options for both venue and end-user support. Our help desk is available 24/7 to take any issues relating to the guest WiFi service. We work to pre-agreed SLAs and have an online ticketing system where customers can view the progress of any open tickets.
